Modular Residence, Miramar California

This single family residence features passive solar design with large windows towards the south, and high efficiency heating systems.

The building features two wings, a living area to the west, angled to maximize solar heating while taking advantage of the views, and a bedroom wing to the east, which aligns with the street.  An intimate, private courtyard between the wings provides protection from occasional ocean winds.

 

The structure will made from modular buildings, manufactured in a factory and delivered as complete structures to the site.
