The Burbank Recycling Center has an existing facility in an industrial neighborhood.

The site is bordered to the north by Metro Rail Lines, to the south and west by public streets, so expansion is only possible to the east, under the existing freeway.

We provided 3 options for expansion, with a focus to convert a Waste Facility to a true Reuse and Recycling Center
